Letty has unfairly long legs, blonde hair that can air dry and still look pretty, piercing blue eyes, and just enough Italian blood to keep her from ever really going completely pale even in the winter months.

She downplays her looks with minimalistic makeup and hair styles, often too busy and too tired to put together an outfit that matches, much less something that truly compliments her body.

Her curves are defined enough to be easily visible and appealing, but small enough to seemingly defy gravity. She had a small mole on the right side of her nose and an even smaller one slightly lower on the left side. Those paired with other flawed facial features are enough to nudge her away from the too-symmetrical beauties.

Her brother is the only tie she has to any other human being, making him her first and only priority. Although he annoys her at times with the whole "protective older brother" routine. Letty will never betray you once she has bonded with you, and expects the same in return.

Letty was an unexpected surprise to her middle aged parents, Jessica and Rupert Halvoni had only planned on having one child, a plan which had been carried out nearly a decade before Letty was born. Jessica tubes had been tied after their first child, Jeremy, was delivered.

Though they welcomed Violet Delia Halvoni with open arms and open hearts, her birth totally disrupted the family dynamic they had established. Jessica and Rupert both came from a long history of hunters, they themselves who a feared duo in the world of the supernatural. Though Jessica had never wanted children, Rupert felt he couldn't be happy without having a child to pass their legacy down upon. After Jeremy was born, Jessica returned to hunting while Rupert played house-dad for the next five years.

Once Jeremy turned 8, he was sent to a prestigious, live-in, private school and Rupert re-entered the hunting game. Letty was concieved later that year. This time, Jessica chose to stay home with the children for a few years while Rupert continued to hunt. The family travelled city to city, never staying in one place for long, fearful that they would be found by a disgruntled creature of some sort.

Letty enjoyed moving. Constantly making new friends and seeing interesting places, sometimes even going by a new name. To her young mind, it was an adventure. Jeremy took over watching Letty after her fifth birthday, and Jessica rejoined Rupert once again. Jeremy was fifteen by this time, and had taken interest in his parents' profession. He started educating Letty about the world of the supernatural from five years old on up.

Once she crossed over into her teenage years, Jeremy and their parents trained her with weapons, making her a skilled marksman. For a long while, Letting thought she and her brother would take thier parents' roles on the hunting game, once they became too old to continue.

Letty graduated top of her class in school, and decided she was going to apply to Standford School of Medicine. She was accepted, and moved away from her family to live on campus. Jeremy visited frequently, but her parents were often too busy to make contact other than their weekly phone conversation.

Letty never stayed in one place long enough to participate in dating, aside from her years in university, but during that time she was much too busy with her studies to pay any attention to the opposite sex. Not that they didn't pay attention to her. So, to this day, she has never had a boyfriend nor has she lost her virginity. It wasn't really a conscious decision, she just never gave herself the opportunity or felt it was necessary. She has decided she will wait for love, just because.

After graduating from SSOM, with a doctorate in general surgery, she moved 'home,' which was in Maryland at the time. She got into the intern program at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and completed her residency there as well. She still continued to train with her brother in the small amounts of time she was home.

Unfortunately, their greatest fears were realized when a hunter by the name of Tamara visited their home and informed the siblings that their parents had been slaughtered on their last hunt.

The creatures responsible had taken the mutilated bodies with them. Not having bodies to bury, Violet and Jeremy never really got the closure they needed. Reacting in entirely opposite ways; Jeremy left with Tamara to hunt the full time and find the things that had killed his parents, while Violet swore of all things supernatural. Burning all the occult books they owned, selling all of her firearms, and selling their home.

She is still employed by Johns Hopkins, but she acquired a private practicing license with which she can step into a variety of hospitals across the country for short periods of time. She stumbles across hunters often and finds herself utilizing her skills to aid them, most every well acquainted hunter knows the Halvoni name and has Letty's number in case of emergency.

Letty bussled around her living room, arranging and rearranging throw pillows and rugs, very conscious of the time that was slowly creeping up on her. 7pm. That was the time Jeremy had promised he'd be back to visit. She wanted the place to be spotless, inviting, and fragrant. Maybe then he would remember what it's like to have a place to call home.

A buzzing sound drew her back down the hall, that'll be the rolls, she thought to herself, pushing through the swinging door that lead to her spacious, modern kitchen. She clicked the timer off and retrieved the pan of fresh dinner rolls from the oven, all in one fluid motion. Her years as a food runner really paid off domestically.

She wrapped the rolls in a clean towel, and placed them in a colorful basket. Joining them shortly there after stood roasted asparagus, watermelon salad, whipped potatoes, and various condiments. Satisfied, she nodded her head and turned to check the elements of her pasta. Reaching one slender finger into the pan, she withdrew a noodle and slurped it into her mouth playfully. "Al dente," she spoke to herself, "perfecto!"

Turning off the burners, she added the sauce to her masterpiece and placed the final component to her perfect meal on the table.

"Letty?" A familiar voice filled her apartment, startling her. Hearing the door click closed she exited the kitchen, and there he was. All six feet three inches of her darling brother stood in the entryway. "You should really keep that door locked, Sis, you never know-" Cutting off his lecture, Letty squeeled, jumping into Jeremy's arms. It'd been months since his last visit, and dispite his nightly phone calls, she'd been worried sick.

"I've missed you Jer-Bear." She whispered, a lone tear filling her left eye.

"Clearly," He smiled, dabbing her tears with the sleeve of his jacket, Turning his nose upward he asked, "Mm, what is that?" And began to follow the aromas that were flooding from the kitchen. Upon entering the room, his jaw slacked slightly. "Did you do all this?"

"Of course I did. It was nothing, I cook every night now." She lied. In fact, Letty rarely had the time to cook with all the freelance work she had been taking since she moved. Gesturing towards the table she spoke again, "Bon apetite!" They took their seats, saying grace as they had all their lives, and dug into the meal before them. They exchanged the usual 'how have you been's and 'anyone new in your life,'s before Jeremy tried to casually bring up shop-talk.

"You know, it's a hell of a lot safer for hunters to work in pairs." He told her, attempting to keep his tone light.

"It's a hell of a lot safer for people to stay home with their families and work normal jobs." Letty spouted back. She'd thought her cozy home and hot meal would make Jeremy want to stay here, not bring her on the road with him. Sighing dramatically she lifted a forkful of potatoes and flung them in his direction.
