At first glance? She's too damn pretty to be a hunter. Maybe an actress, but not a hunter. Standing at five foot eight she can successfully say that she has legs that go on for miles and if you ever see her in a pair of shorts you'd have to agree. Trim and toned from a lifetime of hunting the woman has curves in all the right places that tend to be shown off as she has a deep deep love of wearing leather and cropped band shirts. But because of that life time of hunting she also has scars littering her otherwise smooth skin, along with an ankh tattoo on her inner right wrist and a small anti-possession symbol tattooed around her belly button.
But even without the body, her face alone would make someone think that she was just too pretty for the line of work she was born into. The woman has softer facial features, with a more regal like nose, strong cheekbones and a pout that men enjoy pondering about. But if you ask her, the real eye catching feature is her eyes, a shade of grey inherited from her mother that's apparently been something of a hallmark of the O'Reilly clan for so long its been explained as a bewitchment on the family.

A damsel in distress is something I have never been.. Though while growing up I would at times play the wide eyed innocent act, I've only ever done that when I had to and couldn't get what I wanted in some other way. Playing meek and dumb around boys was something I could never bring myself to do though, even as a little girl I had too much pride for that, well that and Malaki would never bust my balls if I ever tried. Confidence and yes, a slightly snobbish personality was something that was cultivated in me since birth, my parents always told me that our brood was better then the rest, and I believe that.
I've been told that I'm a woman that can be as cruel as I am beautiful, and let's face it, I am pretty damn beautiful. Lying, cheating, using and abusing, it doesn't matter to me as long as I get the job done at the end, which I will, at just about any cost, why shouldn't I after all? I'll be the first to admit I've got one hell of a stubborn nature bold enough to match my 'confident gusto' as it has been put, it's quite simple for someone to utterly despise me, but either way they can't help from letting their eyes wander for as hard and at times bitchy as I can get, I'm still a woman that is not above using my god blessed good looks and feminine charms if I think it will put me ahead of the game.
At the end of the day though, I'd be lying if I didn't say that on the inside, I've always been a total tomboy. I grew up with my brother as the only one really watching out for me, he always had my back and always went up to bat for me. It was always me and him and whatever we were hunting that day. I would rather sit around drinking a beer and watching whatever sport is on then watch a romance movie, in fact I damn well hate chick flicks. I'm a rough and tumble sort of girl that never did mind getting my hands down and dirty with any of the boys be it by hunting, playing football, or just plain fighting it out with my brother.
When it comes to work, I give it my all. It's been the family business as long as anyone can trace back and I plan on doing my ancestors proud. I was born bred and raised to hunt and I take my job seriously, it is a matter of life and death and yes even though it stresses me out I can't see myself doing anything else. I grew up hunting and I'll probably die hunting and I really am alright with that, it's what happens in this profession. A thankless job but someone's gotta do it, right? Well here I am. It's my job and my life.
[app]Family:[/app]
- Mother: Bridgette O'Reilly -deceased
- Father: Joseph Amherst - deceased
- Twin brother, Malaki
[app]Overall History:[/app]
Her parents were hunters, each one decedent from two long lines of 'exterminators' they had actually met on a job in Massachusetts. They had fallen in love, married and constantly fought about how they would raise their children should they ever have any, eventually though tradition won out they couldn't turn a blind eye to the things that went bump in the night. Born on Halloween night to the pair of hunters in New Orleans, Eve was the younger sibling by fifteen minutes, and immediately the children were the apples of their parents eyes.
Growing up had definitely been an adventure in this family, when you were old enough to walk then you were old enough to start learning to defend yourself. Their elementary years were spent 'home schooled' her mother taught her cursive by having her copy old hunting journals by hand, tools to help learn multiplication tables? Salt filled shotgun rounds. And don't even ask what phys ed was like, laps upon laps were run around whatever town park they were in and hours spent at the shooting range. Middle School was interesting, they had actually been put into public school at their mothers insistence. Bridgette believed that they needed to learn some type of socialization, but it was rocky for Eve and her brother.
Fighting was an almost constant thing for the twins either with each other or the other kids in their class, namely because they were always being thought of as freaks and if they weren't relocated because of a hunt by their parents then they were kicked out of school for the ruckus they would cause. Still though their mother would persist with trying to get the kids to be at least 'semi normal' while their father taught them anything and everything he could. High-school was much the same way, aside from the new experience of being taken on actual hunting jobs and being allowed to participate. Summer vacation one year though found them hunting something in Greece, Arachne, which up until then Eve didn't know existed. A rookie mistake got the teenager caught in the web of one of the ugly spider creatures, and if her brother hadn't gotten there with the shotgun when he did, she would have been dinner, the reason why she fears the creatures to this day.
Eve and her brother were being left alone more often now, eventually though one night her parents didn't come back. They had run afoul of the demon Malphas, the so called 'president of hell' and voice of Lucifer, he would relay whatever the devil said to the other demons and when he came across the Amherst's he proved to be too strong for them. Eve and Malaki dropped out of school not too long after that, took up what their parents had started and have been doing that since then. When the world started to end they parted ways to get more ground covered, hearing through the grapevine what the Winchesters roles were in all of this.
When things finally calmed down Eve and her brother continued on their paths, meeting on occasion but covering whatever ground they could even though the world in the dark had quieted. Lately though she's noticed a strange turn in the creatures she hunts, they're acting out of their nature and something seems very wrong, Eve is determined to find out just what is going on.

Panic wasn't exactly an emotion that Eve was used to feeling, the woman spent most of her time acting like the big bad ass female hunter because being a woman in this profession meant that you had to act a certain part least you be eaten alive figuratively by the male hunters or literally by the things you were hunting. She had developed a thick skin over the years, so she felt like she could keep up the big bad ass act without much of a problem, the woman had seen and done and been through more then most other people had after all.
But that didn't mean that didn't have her share of fears though, and tonight she found herself smack in the middle of one of her worst fears outside of something happening to her brother. An old hunting acquaintance had set her off on the path of something that was making people disappear around the small town in Louisiana, and since Eve had been free she went investigating. And right now she was wishing she had stayed where she had been because it was a little too late that Eve realized what she was dealing with here, and it happened to be her greatest fear.
Arachne scared the shit out of her, she didn't like normal spiders, let alone honken giant creature ones that tried to eat people. Eve had dealt with Arachne before in her early teenage years when her parents had still been alive, they had gone on one of very few 'family vacations' to Greece and ended up hunting the damn things down. Well her parents did, Eve along with her brother had gotten captured and was in the process of being wrapped up for lunch when her parents came in and saved them, and that had been a very bad memory that sat with her ever since.
The woman had come face to face with one and she had panicked, and of course the panic caused her to fuck up. The creature had clawed at her side, ripped her open pretty good and sent her through a wall while it had been at it. She had limped out to the garage and locked herself in there, holding her bleeding side and whispering obscenity to herself when the creature started pounding on the door. Eve had tried to get a hold of Malaki but she couldn't get a signal, tossing the phone aside she grabbed a straight saw and leaned against the far wall, trying to get her lip to stop trembling as she did the first thing that came to mind and muttered a quick, quiet, fear filled prayer, the fucking creature was almost through the door now, but she wasn't going without a fight.
