Zephon is a mere 5' 8", but his body is rather fit compared to the average male. There is nothing spectacularly unique about his physical body. He does not have any scars or tattoos to date, though he does have a perpetual stubble. His eyes are a plain brown. His hair is a dark brown and falls about halfway down his neck. It is not strictly straight and has a nice, flowing wave to it.

Zephon is one of the more strange people you'll ever meet in your life. His zen-like manner and weird pattern of speech is enough to have anyone question his sanity. Zephon is a daydreamer. He will even daydream mid-conversation, and you never know what's going to come out of his mouth, then. More-than-likely it's just relevant enough to the conversation to work. He is an observant fellow, which corresponds to him being a searcher of secrets. Zephon is quite clever, and he is an excellent tracker. If your location is a secret, then it is his sole purpose to be able to seek it out. It's not just location, though, it is any secret.

Zephon enjoys the outdoors. He is so emotionally invested in it that being coped indoors for too long makes him irritated. He has a habit of sitting on roofs and befriending the birds, who he names the strangest of names. Why? Zephon finds his own name strange, and he feels naming the birds strange names like his makes them relate closer to him. On the inside, Zephon suffers from a sense of not belonging. The birds are his comfort.

Though Zephon is a generally kind-hearted individual, he tends to wind his emotions up and lock them tightly inside himself. He has amazing, if not unhealthy, emotional control. It is incredibly hard to faze him, if not nearly impossible. One way would be to messed with those he cares for, but Zephon tends to keep people at a distance. He is slow to warm up to others. All the same, for those who manage it, beware. He is the kind of being that if you, say, broke his daughter's heart -- he'd be staring into your window that night. When he is angered, Zephon is vengeful. He will stop at nothing to get revenge, which is a flaw in him as it causes him to act irrational.

There isn't much of interest to say about Zephon until the Fall of Lucifer is reached. He lived among his brothers and served in the same way as they did. He was dutiful. He acted without question. Zephon was a principal guardian regent of Paradise, and a Cherub. Presently, he is only one of those.

When Lucifer had his Fall, the archangel Gabriel sent Zephon and Ithuriel to find where he had gone. Neither of them returned. A skilled tracker, Zephon was able to pinpoint the location of Lucifer, but Zephon felt sympathetic for his brother. He was willing to hear out what Lucifer had to say, and this was what started his downfall. Zephon found that Lucifer's words made sense to him. They made him begin to question Heaven and his brothers, and that doubt pushed him over the edge. He turned against Ithuriel, killing him before the angel even suspected something was wrong, and joined Lucifer in Hell.

It was here Zephon resided and began to commit Lucifer's work. He tortured the souls of humans, and even some of his brothers. It changed him. It made him cold and lack any appreciation of the things he destroyed. He remained this way and Fell further and further until he was found by Gabriel. Somehow, Gabriel managed to convince Zephon to return to Heaven and oversaw his rehabilitation. He became one of Heaven again, but his brothers lacked trust in him from that day forward.

Presently, Zephon walks the human world once again while his brothers' eyes are distracted by more-important matters. Whatever for? He's still not quite sure.
