[wyatt]Dani looked to Wyatt, who nodded. "We're not leaving."
"Yay, we can stay," Dani said, though she knew underlying it all would the The Worry. She was still happy.
"So, let's go back," Wyatt sighed, sounding less than thrilled about it.
"This is what happens?" Charlie asked with a shaky laugh, "Things go bump in the night but it's business as usual."
"Welcome to the world, kid," Wyatt said, striding off to find Miguel.
"That means hi, nice to have you, thanks for joining us in the crazy," Dani said diplomatically.[/wyatt]

[norah]A helpless shrug. "Can't let the normies figure out what's really going on. Got to keep them convinced that it's all fun and games and they're definitely safe in their beds at night." Norah sounded almost despairing; this was why she could never be a proper hunter. It wasn't the physicality or the violence, it was that she got so miserable after the crisis.
Still, she went over to the tables and did a quick fix on her makeup and hair, shed the sweater she'd been wearing and got her arm around Dani's waist as the two of them plunged out into the crowd around the bonfire and started playing the game.[/norah]
